We just got back from our first family road trip up to Boonville in the Anderson Valley. We love it up there - beautiful hikes, fantastic wines, ridiculously nice people, but the one thing we can't stop talking about is the legendary granola from the Mosswood Market.
It's super crunchy, not too sweet and loaded with almonds. It's based on a French recipe from the 70's and I only wish that I could recreate it at home. We were only in Boonville for three days and everyday we would find ourselves going back to Mosswood Market to restock our granola supply. This stuff is legit.
