Cheese of the Week - Fourme D'Ambert

 Picked up this Fourme D'Ambert blue the other day and loved it. I'm used to getting the strongest, slap ya in the face blues and this was a nice change of pace. I think Murray's Cheese describes it best:

"velvety mouthfeel full of sweet cream and an earthy, mushroomy roundness that will convert even the staunchest blue cheese hater."

I totally agree - it's a great intro blue cheese and all around crowd pleaser.
