Hummus

I've attempted making my own hummus many times and I've finally found the winning recipe! It's so simple to make, but finding the right proportions can be tricky. Throw these ingredients in your food processor and tweak to your liking. Thanks, Amateur Gourmet!
Heavenly Hummus
Recipe slightly adapted from www.amateurgourmet.com

1 can chickpeas (use the entire can - beans AND liquid)
4-6 cloves garlic (depending how garlicy you like it)
1/3 cup tahini (original recipe called for 1/2 cup, but I thought 1/3 was plenty)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch chives
Splash of apple cider vinegar (Optional - I always add a splash to give it a little tang)

Throw all ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired, smooth consistency. Season with a pinch of salt.
