Adastra Wines

Can't believe I forgot to write a post about this place! Adastra has quickly become one of our favorite wineries. It's a little off the beaten path in the Carneros area and the property is absolutely stunning. Vineyards, pumpkin patches and hundreds of different tomato plants are just a few of the incredible things they have going on. Most importantly, they are the nicest people and make absolutely fantastic wines. They produce beautiful chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir and Syrah and don't exceed 1,500 cases a year. Jason and I belong to two wine clubs and this is one of them :)

2011 N'Oak Chard - $19.99
2011 Adastra Chard - $35
2011 Adastra Pinot Noir - $45
2009 Adastra Merlot - $40
2009 Proximus Merlot - $60
2010 Adastra Merlot - $40
2011 Ed's Red - $15 (Blend of Merlot, Zin, Barberba, Petite Sirah and Syrah)
Syrah is usually allocated just to the wine club.

If you're in the valley, definitely make an appt and go see how great it is for yourself!
